The lecture by the name of Dr Sam sichilalu in school of egineering from university of Zambia, which is the highest learning institution in Zambia to have been the first man in Africa to develop the( polyfuel prototype) which converts waste tires/plastic material into high grade polyfuel which is the hydrocarbon mixture petrol,diesel,and keresone with methane vapour.
